When you send your DVR in for repairs, be assured that you are not sending it off to just any repair facility. The extended warranty is fulfilled only by the certified Samsung repair center, the same center that fulfilled the Manufacturer's Warranty for Samsung itself. It's comforting to know that the technician that will be working on your system is an expert of Samsung Security DVR Systems.
Purchasing your extended warranty is easy. Simply decide on the DVR that you would like to purchase. Before adding to cart, choose the number of years for the extended warranty. The cost of the warranty will be added to your final total. The prices of the extended warranty are organized by the model and number of years below. As you can imagine, the price of the warranty is dependent on the system as well as its contents. Not all models will be listed here as the list is too extensive, but the listed products will serve as a rough estimate of how much your warranty may be in a related system.

Customers will purchase the extended warranty as they are purchasing their systems. The extended warranty will be only available when you purchase your system. When you purchase the extended warranty, we will make a record of your DVR's serial number and send a warranty card inside the package.
To make a claim, contact the repair center using the number provided on your warranty card. Provide them with your extended warranty number and your DVR serial number. You will also need to provide a copy of your invoice. If you cannot find your invoice, please contact Soltech Security. The customer is responsible for sending the unit to the repair center. However, once the unit is fixed, the repair center will send the unit back free of charge.
No warranty will be offered to any international customers. Customers with extended warranty residing or traveling outside of the 50 U.S States must ship the DVR to the repair center and provide an U.S address to ship the DVR once it is repaired. Physical damages to the DVR are not covered under the warranty program. The extended warranty period will begin as soon as the DVR's manufacturer's warranty ends.
