When you place an order for your SAMSUNG SNH-1011, please remember that your package will not be shipped right away. The SNH-1011 is estimated to be released on June 29, 2012,
and your IP SmartCam will be shipped when it is released. Please note that this date may be subjected to change. Those who have pre-ordered the SmartCam will be given priority and will receive

We cannot take responsibility for any packages lost or delivered to the wrong address if the information provided is inaccurate. If there is an address change or if you no longer need or desire the camera,
it is the customer’s responsibility to cancel or change the order details in a timely manner. We recommend that the billing and shipping address match to avoid delays. If they do not match, we will have to contact
you to confirm the order. If confirmation cannot be established for an extended period, again your order will be cancelled. If your card is declined, your order will be cancelled.
